I use transcendental meditation and slow stretching with concentrated breathing.
I like to do this outside if and when possible.

Art. I head to my craft room and pick a medium to work with. Some days I end up with an aesthetically pleasing expression of the(previously)unprocessed raw emotion that sent me to my studio. The process of creating is all that matters because once I am using my creativity the stress melts away and I am able to regulate my mind and body.

A long walk on the beach late in the day. I stop for some light stretching before turning back. There's nothing like facing the vastness of the open sea with waves crashing hard. The noise, view, and salt air cleanse the soul and refresh the mind.
