I use transcendental meditation and slow stretching with concentrated breathing.
I like to do this outside if and when possible.

Art. I head to my craft room and pick a medium to work with. Some days I end up with an aesthetically pleasing expression of the(previously)unprocessed raw emotion that sent me to my studio. The process of creating is all that matters because once I am using my creativity the stress melts away and I am able to regulate my mind and body.

I lose myself in a book or work on a new recipe. Both things require concentration and shut off the negative thinking.
