I like gaming. Specifically building in one specific survivor game. But really just being able to immerse myself in the game and relax. If I need a BIG reset, I like camping.

I walk/ jog 3 miles daily. I spend a reasonable amount of time reflecting.

Fishing or connecting with nature in some way. That is my therapy. Sometimes with my family and sometimes without to help clear my head. Kayaking helps too.

I do artwork called Diamond Dotz.
Very mentally relaxing. Turn on my music & drift away for a few hours. Once started, hard to stop.

I focus on my health and self-care. I prioritize fitness and weightlifting with cardio. Self-care can include a bubble bath or getting a massage or buying a new outfit I like or getting my nails done. I make sure to take time to do the things I enjoy and appreciate the simple pleasures of life. Life is beautiful.

A good book and a glass of wine in my Adirondack chair on my deck is my go to for relaxation!

I start with breathing; square breathing and big sighs. Then I go to meditation. I usually have to get to yoga within a few days to get things out physically.

I put my arms around my guitar and sing some songs that help me get grounded.
