My "go to" is to jump on my boat and head off shore from my home in Jupiter, Florida and either fish or just float and watch all the sea life that exists here.

I'm in the pool with 30 other Women two mornings a week. The music is cranked up and we do everything from Ballance movement to aerobics. So movement strictly controlled and other times open and free form. Other than during Covid most of us have been together for over 20 years. The nurturing of comrades, the support and resistance of the water, and the movement helps us through many of a days stressors. We are all older ranging from 60-82 some of us have spouses with profound health issues, some are widows, but we are all Sisters

My start and/or reset is accupuncture...it corrects my energies, frequencies and motivations. Allowing a shift into the next part of my path...Wu-Wei, Qi, and Pu are all real and have worked wonders for my overall health and well-being.

Honestly, a big ol’ fatty of some “high grade” marijuana has ALWAYS done the trick for me. LMAO, I couldn’t have divulged that info 30 years ago … Pro420 !!!

My go to is mindfulness and meditation. I also really like to listen to affirmations. You can listen and repeat, while you are driving or walking. It helps to reset your parasympathetic and regulate your breathing.

I like to curl up with a good book and disappear into the story. Always nicest when I can do so alone and in quiet but also while the family is enjoying a movie so I get my break while still having “together” time.
