I talk it out with my wife. I guess you can call it mental health- she went to school for psychology and knows me best so she did good at listening and helping me. I often pray, sometimes exercise, or will sit in our backyard and think of things I am thankful for.

I’ve struggled with mental health for a while now and I’m currently on an antidepressant. I’ve found a couple of go to mental health resets but the best one I’ve had so far is just going out on walks with my man and my dogs. It’s nice getting that refreshing air and sunlight!

Mental health resets can vary depending on individual preferences and needs, but some common examples that I incorporate in my life include:
1. Taking a break and disconnecting from digital devices and social media.
2. Practicing mindfulness and meditation to center the mind and reduce stress.
3. Engaging in regular exercise and physical activity to boost mood and reduce anxiety.
4. Spending time in nature and enjoying outdoor activities for relaxation.
5. Seeking therapy or counseling to address underlying issues and gain coping strategies.
6. Setting boundaries and managing stress by learning to say no when necessary.
7. Cultivating hobbies and interests that bring joy and fulfillment.
8. Getting enough restful sleep to support mental well-being.
9. Practicing gratitude and focusing on positive aspects of life.
10. Surrounding oneself with a supportive and understanding social network.
Please remember everyone, mental health resets are highly personal, so it's essential to explore what works best for you and consult with a mental health professional if needed.
