Woodturning is what I do to relax. I make a mess making pens or bowls or other little project. I can do this all day. My greatest satisfaction is when I clean up. I love to vacuum up the wood/acrylic shavings.

This is something I have always wanted to do. I did some woodturning back in 8th grade and loved it. I still have the bowl I made and still use it.

My mental health reset is spending time with my new born son as much as I can. He can make any day better.

I love to go camping with my kiddos and just get away from everything for a bit, we go fishing and see who can find an arrowhead the fastest! Embracing nature and just letting everything go that you have been holding on to is a nice mental reset! Now that I am recently out of the active duty and in the reserves I plan on going more often :)
