I swim three times a week and do yoga two times a week with light weights. I golf and hike when I can with Seattle weather.

I live on the Gulf Coast, so the water is always my go to for mental decompression.

I find a quiet place. Reflect on what has been going on. I think of all the good and bad. I put things in perspective of lessons learned, things to change, and how to move on. We can't change our past but our future is in our hands, one day at a time. I find something positive to do volunteering. Which I find really gives me and those I help joy. In the end I feel reset.

A few hours in the jacuzzi outside facing the woods while the sun is beaming with calming instrumentals music playing. In the winter it’s sitting by the fireplace with candles lite and calming music playing.

I TAKE A WALK OUTSIDE AND INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO MUSIC, ETC, I FOCUS ON MY SENSES...SOUNDS, WHAT I SEE, ETC. IT GROUNDS ME AND RELAXES ME. I ALSO READ.

This is my second attempt to post a comment. A few minutes ago the system froze and would not let me continue typing or submit/respond. I tried to copy my comment at thar point but could not save it. Is there a letter or word limit for comments? Or is there monitoring of comments going on?

Things like that have happened to me in the past, very frustrating. I now write my comments elsewhere, like on Text Edit. When it's done and corrected, I cut and paste it here. That way I have a copy if it gets screwed up.
