Music is always an great way to set the mood and clear my head. Pink Floyd is an always go to for that, I like to put that in and either drive around and go get my favorite beverage, or take an cold shower and re group.

Fishing is one of the methods that I use. Or just being around the water in general. I’ve learned that the water is just peaceful to be close to

Play tennis 3 times and go to the Y each week as I do or do some kind of comparable exercise.

My go to stress relief is hitting the gym. I’d like to work my pain out. In other words I like to push myself as hard as I can and any time I start to think about giving up. I remind myself of every lie every hurt every tear I’ve ever shed.

Going on hikes with my dog Rocky always gives me my mental health reset. We both enjoy the outdoors very much but we both rescued one another as well in a since.
