My reset is a week long intense and strict recovery plan that includes several workouts (yoga, trx, pilates) per day for a week. Ususally two per day as a minimum, but yoga is a required daily requirement fof me1! i am mindful on taking my daily water intaike and eating the approprite amount and type of meals oer day (three small and typically vegetarian meais). I go through this for one week and then treat myself at the end of the week to a good massage and spa treatement. It helps me to refocus on taking care of myself and getting me back into good , healthy habits that help me continue to heal mentally and physically.

I bicycle 30 or more miles to de-stress and to keep in some kind f decent physical shape. I also hike and do as much of my own tasks as I am able. Yard work makes me feel better, also. STAY ACTIVE!

I do not watch the news. My wife and I watch spiritual (true) films, attend church weekly, to include adoration, listen to gospel music stations, and take our little chihuahua (Taco) for walks in our neighborhood and along the Rio Grande Bosque trails.

A combination of things that work together to form the perfect routine (for me) to obtain that perfect go-to mental health reset. The first day is to fast only consuming the spices that I have in apple cider vinegar and meditation. The second day is both of those with light exercise three times during the day with at least one hour of self-reflection. The third day is the thought process of gratitude, audio affirmations - thought affirmations and self-motivation to be the best I can be. The fourth day is a day of volunteering. The fifth day is just sleep/nap throughout the day.

I almost always Love silence and or a quiet spot to just close my eyes. Breath in and out slowly. And release any negatives thoughts and or feelings. This is what I do. Everyday is a challenge! I drank ice tea . It has a calming effect for me

Go fishing in a creek or a trout river where I can get off by my self with the water and nature while camping with my wife and dog. I don't always catch fish, but i always enjoy the nature and quiet. My wife reads and leaves me to myself.
