My 'go-to' method for a mental health reset involves a combination of family, friends, the sun, nature, and music. Spending quality time with loved ones, talking openly about my feelings, and seeking support from those who understand and care about me is essential. I also find that stepping outside to bask in the sunlight, even for a short time, works wonders for my mental state as it helps regulate my circadian rhythms and boosts my mood with the production of serotonin. Connecting with nature is equally important, whether it's taking walks in the park, hiking in the mountains, or sitting by a tranquil lake. Three slow, deep breaths. Can be done in almost any situation and is enough to give me space to reflect rather than react. I have never said, "Gee, what I should have said is...." however, all too often I have said, "Gee, I shouldn't have said that!" Three deep breaths lower the number of times I say the latter.

3 days a week training jujitsu and 4 days training for a 1/2 marathon. Works great for my mental health.

For me, its 3 days of jujitsu training per week and the rest of the week training for a 1/2 marathon. Works for me!

Walking is my favorite go to. It clears my mind and gives me the opportunity to be one with nature. I love to watch the sunrise and sunset, hear the chirping birds helps soothe my inner self.
