currently have about 20 trail cameras on my property to photograph and take video of the wildlife. I like to hike through and change out the disk and then the joy of viewing the photos/ videos.

Get up early, pray, meditate, breakfast shake, inside workout, dress, short morning walk (before heat), check on friends/relatives, conjure low key projects for the day and initiate. God bless our veterans ✨

I drink either a tall Victoria or 1/2 bottle of good, but cheap Mexican or Chilean red wine over two or longer hours. ...Watch a Star Trek Enterprise episode and one of Sweet Tooth. Speaking of, may have half a pint of some tremendous coconut ice cream or some cookies from the nearest panderia.

My response is a challenge to the question about a "mental health reset". I do not have a "mental" problem, and efforts to convince me otherwise are useless "health" remedies. What I do have are very real and vivid dreams and wakeful memories of events in real time while in Vietnam (1962-63 and 1969-70) that have stayed with me ever since. I don't want a "reset", nor do I want to forget what I experienced from the many years of Political and Military Leadership failures that led to that conflict, and the Ambassadorship failures that allowed it to continue and devolve into the final "Baby Lift" exercise which I also experienced while in Osan, Korea (1975) as the many escaping Vietnamese were "Saved"! Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD) is an apt name but should not be placed under Mental Health as a catch all program. Remedies such as Acupuncture

I listen to helpful self help audio books, I’ll hang out with my lil’ family, or take a nice warm bath with music and low light, or my favorite is to sing in the car when I’m alone! I do love coloring & going to my dance class too!!

My go to for mental health is art. I know art is a broad subject, but for me it includes: drawing (mostly doodling), create collages, painting, dance, singing, cooking, reading, paint by number, coloring in coloring book... etc. Sometimes I will sit in silence. Other times my thoughts are so loud I go for a run or walk. Whatever I decide I first have to recognize what is happening mentally and then go from there.
