Sleep! Making sure I’m going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time. Rest is so important to feeling good, inside and out. I also love to take a bath and watch Love Island!!!

Nature is my go to, whether it is working in my gardens, hiking through the woods, or photographing things in nature. I find a peace that I can't find anywhere else. Just me and nature!

I sit outside in the trees on my property with my cup of coffee and either just watch the wildlife, knit or play a relaxing game on my tablet. It is a "No stress allowed" time for me.

Working out at the gym used to be my go to method, but sitting down and reading a book is another favorite.

For me, it's usually designing or creating something. I'm at my best when I'm doing such things for my own benefit, specifically not for others. I grew up self-sacrificing and this has become one of my selfish catharsis...catharsees? Catharthises?

I have plenty of hills near me in the Bay Area so it’s usually hiking, photography, or both. As long as I’m outdoors I’m happy.
