What schools in your opinion should an infantryman have or strive to have?

I’m an infantryman an I’m looking to better my skills and become more proficient in my job and what schools do you think I should be trying to complete as an 11 series

I always had great respect for my fellow Infantrymen who perfected the 11B skills and earned the EIB and then continued to build on their skill set with the other courses previously mentioned by others.

As soon as you make E4, enroll in and complete DLC1. Go to BLC as soon as you can get a date after that.
Those are the basics, regardless of MOS, and that will put you ahead of half your peers.
If you are staying 11C, go to MLOC as soon as you are eligible. That will make you more proficient and valuable in your MOS.
Get Ranger School, that will make you more proficient in small unit tactics.

Ranger, Air Assault, Pathfinder, Mountain Warfare, RSLC, plus whatever your MTOE calls for. If you're MTOE has you as a Javelin Gunner then do that. If it has you for Battle Staff then do that. Get an additional duty as well. Do Master Gunner as soon as allowed.

You get a Ranger tab you’re golden. Plus jump wings. No one likes a leg. Especially a leg Ranger.
