When logging into AKO from my home computer what should my settings for SSL and TSL be on?  I just bought a new computer and can not log on to AKO.

I'm a S6.&nbsp; I'm here to help!&nbsp; There is a very helpful resource that I tell anyone who is having trouble with AKO and EE to visit:&nbsp; http://www.militarycac.com <div class="pta-link-card"><div class="pta-link-card-picture"><img src="http://www.militarycac.com/images/ShareThis.gif"></div><div class="pta-link-card-content"><div class="pta-link-card-title"><a href="http://www.militarycac.com" target="_blank">Common Access Card (CAC) Information for home use</a></div><div class="pta-link-card-description">MilitaryCAC provides CAC installation assistance; Find information regarding the Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC)</div></div><div style="clear: both;"></div><div class="pta-box-hide"><i class="icon-remove"></i></div></div>

Sir this page worked.

Thank you very much, would you happen to know why I can't get into my enterprise mail though?

It depends on which version of Internet Explorer you're using and what version of Windows you have.  It took me a while to get Windows 8.1 with IE 11 to work with EE.  If you have Windows 7, I would suggest you use IE 10. You can use Chrome on either platform, but the drawback is that it asks for your PIN more often.  If you are on Windows 7 or newer, you don't have to use ActiveClient, and sometimes having ActiveClient on Win 7 or newer is part of the problem.  I followed all the steps on the Military CAC website for Win 8.1 and don't have ActiveClient and it works for me.  Another website to visit is http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner It is a good idea to run that program at least once a week. If you are having trouble logging into EE after following all the steps, it will help you clean out your cache of cookies and temporary internet files.  Whenever I can't get into EE I run CCleaner and that usually works.

Be careful what you ask for. AKO as we know it is changing. EEmail was only the first step. Next will be an Enterprise SharePoint for all of the websites on AKO. Remember, everything DISA does is CAC only. So, the days of being able to login to AKO from a public library for instance with username / password will now require you to set up your CAC to access it.
