You can manage both. Taking care of your Soldiers is always the the number 1 concern. Always make time to take care of yourself. Updating your ERB is easy and it can be done at any time. Showing your Soldiers that you care will have a tremendous impact on your organizational. In return, when they become leaders they will do the same.
