What should I do if MEPS continues to request medical records that don't exist?

Your best source of "How do I fix this" is your recruiter ...they deal with this kind of thing every day, or if not because they are new, they have co workers, or the station commander to ask.
In general
The burden of proof is on the recruit
If you told the recruiter (or MEPS)
"I had a bad back, but the Doc said Id be fine in a year and I am"
You will need to provide medical documentation from that visit (s) If none exist you know of, find that Doc and ask them to write a letter to that point.
If you can not contact that Doc (with significant effort on your part) Then you will need to see a new Doc, and have them confirm you do not have any issues, illness, damage related to what you told the recruiter (or MEPS)
If this is a medical condition MEPS discovered all the same applies.

It likely requires you to contact Doctors, hospitals and clinics at which you have been cared for. It’s find the records or don’t serve.

They wouldn’t ask for something unless they knew it existed. Just saying

If the recruiter wants you in then he or she will fix it. You'll have enough to worry about once you raise your right hand.

Your Congressman might help you

Did you list some medical condition? Do your records have documentation of that condition? Generally you will find that you put something down that your records don't show, things like childhood asthma, or taking drugs for Attention Deficiency, or some operation. I would speak to your recruiter and have him find out specifically what records they need?

Best to ask the recruiter, but if they are asking for a record that doesn't exist you could ask your personal doctor to write a notarized statement saying there is no such record. Not to sound like a jerk, but there is something they are seeing from your packet or physical that is prompting the request. So they see something.

Go talk to your recruiter and see if they can get and answer. Nothing anybody says on here can really help you since they don't know your specific situation.

Like many of the questions posed in this forum, not enough information is provided to enable the viewer to offer an opinion or guidance. If you disclosed something at MEPS, i.e. a heart murmur, then there would be medical evidence to cover the disclosure how else would you know you had the condition. If it were something determined during the MEPS physical you would be referred back to doctor to provide further examination and documentation.
