What should I do since I have not gotten my tax documents from my contract agency?

I have not gotten any documents, W2 or otherwise from my contract agency i worked for during 2019 overseas in Italy. I am unable to start my taxes without this. I have tried to call and email many times but have gotten 0 reply. What recourse do i have to get these sent to me?
