I just did this course back in February of this year. What you can expect for the first 2-3 days is simply some inprocessing on the first day of arrival. The next day (depending if Cadre want to do a slight switch up), will be your APFT and HT/WT, and then roll into POI.

For the inprocessing, you will arrive on base and either report to lodging or report to the NCOA, depending on the guidance within the welcome letter. Regardless, when you report to the NCOA, you will just do some inprocessing and it really shouldn't take too long. You are going to verify some information, sign some counseling statements about course requirements and Soldier conduct and a briefing by your Cadre about what you can and can't do while there. When that is all said and done, you will be given a hard report time for the following morning of where to be and when to be there. When I went through, the very next day was HT/WT and some more inprocessing and then the following morning was the APFT. It's really just going to depend on how the schedule flexes. For the APFT, you will (again) report at the designated time to the big track in front of the AMEDD Academy building.

Again, this is how it went when I went through the course. So your Cadre for this go-round may do things somewhat different. Just be Semper Gumby.
