My mother took us to see '1776' in the theater, must have been 1966 or so. The movie came out in 1972.
Stephen Hopkins: "Well, in all my years I ain't never heard, seen nor smelled an issue that was so dangerous it couldn't be talked about. Hell yeah! I'm for debating anything. Rhode Island says yea!"
Everyone should say 'yea!' to free speech.

Clarify your question?
Free speech technically only applies to the Government. If RP decides that I am annoying and wants to shut me up and ban me from here they are allowed to do it. Frankly that is a good thing in my opinion.
"A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky dangerous animals and you know it." ~MIB
If you are saying that RP should follow Free Speech then it would need to get rid of all Admins. Chaos would ensue. And RP would become the shadow of its former self.
