Our next generation is not inclined to serve due to teachers not demonstrating all avenues of life. There’s more than just college. A lot of JROTC programs are also dying and need revitalizing.

Not only the next generation, but the current one as well. Show how important leadership is by supporting ROTC, Warrant Officer Training, and OCS to bring in the new leaders, while backing that up with improved facilities for families. Also, let's be able to show advancement and post service support is in place for those service members and family during and after service.

That's an easy one better pay better opportunities better treatment of the veterans and their dependents and when it comes to filing a VA claim the veteran should have priority!!!!

Easy. So a lot of veterans are also gamers and the majority of the next generation are gamers. Out of my gaming group of 20, 3 of mine have gone in to the military and served honorably. I have others that are curious about joining and I have discouraged them due to one simple fact. The military has lost focus on the most important thing, lethality. Without a focus in this young men will die and I refuse to contribute.

Let them know that life is about helping people. Not only will you shape your own future and build yourself into the best possible you, you'll be able to help others around the world while serving the best country in the world! Be a part of history! Be the example!

The Army needs to return to values that are biblically based. Politics whether right or left need to be disregarded. Focus on people being less evil to others and grow people skills in addition to military skills. Happy people will re-enlist regardless of generation.

Personally, I am working with a committed community to conduct generational art workshops collaboratively engaging Young Marines Units, Veterans and Active Duty to share experiences while creating an art project.

Continue sponsorship in events showing career fields available in all services. Convincing other family members to encourage and support the recruits entering the service. Have involvement of active and veterans in all the community events. Especially ones where your next to schools.

Firstly we need to be cracking down on the crime in the ranks to make entering the military a safe vocation for our young USA adult individuals. The potential of getting and being hurt long term is a deterrent to a lot of people. And the reality of that happening is not in their favor.
So, so far…
1. Crack down on crime, make safe again
2. Reduced likelihood of disabling events
3. Survey needs and provide with equipment they need to do their jobs
4. Make perks real and accessible
5. Make them feel pride for country again
