Build a network of Veterans who are willing to mentor our younger generation in the communities they live and are schooled in. Create a strategy whereby the Veteran can encourage this individual with his or her personal testimony as to the multitude of benefits received by serving their God and Country?
Train these Mentors and life Coaches to equip the young men and women to prepare to meet the challenges of life by embracing the values taught to our brave Service members from generations past. ( Especially and without question most importantly please incorporate the Spiritual guidance afforded every individual who's entered the Service! For without this in all honesty our mission and purpose holds simply fleeting, not eternal rewards.)
In closing, help these Mentors to continue to sponsor, build up, stand beside and emulate the qualities our young men and women need to see practiced in order to make excellent Soldiers, Seamen, Marines, Airmen and Coast Guardians throughout their careers by obviously leveraging the social skills most youth have mastered technologically!
We know this will be no small task, but I've seen it work in my life, two young men I've mentored since 2009 have joined and served simply listening to my testimony. I continue to mentor them to this day, the days they those to enter service( without my specific prompting I might add) were some of the gladdest days of my life.

We should be able to go back Into high
schools during their senior year . I will
never forget seeing two Airborne recruiters
coming into assembly . Between weight and
drug problems with our country we have to get recruits early

While I'm Trans I would want you in my platoon. I would change you into a real soldier not the dirtbag you are now and were then plus you wouldn't have left as a PRIVATE.

I feel that money would be the biggest deciding factor to get people to join the military is today’s economy. I feel the military should offer a 401(k) style savings plan that would allow the recruit to put in money that cannot be touched until the day they are discharged, along with some sort of a matching amount from the government. They can also put in a stipulation that if the individual is discharged under anything but honorable conditions, they are no longer vested and will lose any contribution provided by the US government, but they will still maintain their about they put in themselves.

Sure, a plan similiar to TSP except being able to use that saved money, for any venture the service member wants, without any early withdrawl penalties.

If you can get them to listen too you about I think the army gave me a great start in life.it would be a great start in being a man going different places see what’s really happening in this old world.it’s best too start single and wait until you has all the fun meetings new people some you may like but some you will meet that ends up to be some of them you will never forget they become brother’s more for a life time tell them give it a try so you will know and never say you hate it until the training is over and then your real job starts telling them that gives them something too think about

Always remember the freedoms and way of life you are experiencing came at a cost. If/when you join it’s very important to remember the basics and always pay attention to details. This is a wonderful country and I’d do it all over again if I could. I’ve traveled around the world and there is no place better that the USA.

We need to concentrate on healing the military from within. We must show the future generation the fundamental reasons (the protection and defense of the United States of America and our Constitution and freedom established in the Declaration of Independence) for all armed forces.
If we can return to the fundamentals and eradicate the "woke" and" politically- correct" culture...
we could then offer incredible incentives.
These corrections could possibly encourage an influx of recruits.

Join nearly 2 million former and current members of the US military, just like you.
