As soldiers are transitioning back to being civilians there are going to be some expected gaps in their skills, experiences, and education compared to their civilian counterparts. What skills do you think a lot of soldiers are genuinely missing? Do you think that it's mostly enlisted that are missing these skills vs. officers? What life skills do you wish some im has helped you with when you got out, or could help you with now?

Transitioning Veterans find out there is a different world out there from the military. Some need to learn how to covert their military skills to comparable job skills, some need sensitivity training, some need to learn where to live, some need to learn how to write a resume. What is it that we don't have enough of that you would want to see more?
