Afternoon RP,
I am headed to Kuwait here in a short bit and was wondering if anyone over there may be able to help me sort out what kind of housing we are going to be in. We will be staying in Zone 6 and that is about all we know. We are a deploying NG unit who will be there for a year. If you can help me out, please let me know and I'll message you or you can post here, either way.

Buehring I believe they live in chews it's not very big there, but I was only there for WLC for 2weeks and a couple of trips to and from Camp Arifjan. Now for Arifjan zone 6... Some people said they lived in tents some ppl said they lived in chews. I am active so I stayed in zone 2 my entire 12 months. All the fast food places are in zone 6 as well as 90% of the concerts and events zone 6 was the ghetto when I was there. I was briefed by command that it was highly recommended I had a battle buddy at night in zone 6, they had a male csm get raped by 3 guys in zone 6... But the people since are long gone so I'm sure the climate has changed in that aspect.

Haha! Thanks for the answer, but yes a bit late. I've going on my 8th month now. I'm enjoying it as much as anyone can.

So was it tents or chews in zone 6? It's kind of weird I have the RP app on my phone and you question was around the top lol

I will be following you to Buehring soon, and even though you did not get your answer maybe you can answer the same for me? What did you find where you were located? Have you heard anything at Buehring?
