RCI is relatively flexible and we have found them to be up front about fees and costs.
I would avoid Wyndham - they used unscrupulous sales tactics on us several times.

I have a Westgate timeshare. It is fairly reasonsble and they have locations spread out in Fla, Vegas, Missouri, Mississippi to name a few.
