I posted a link/question yesterday and was informed I should use the new Share link function for the type of posting I was doing. I have now tried 5 times to use that function without success. After I paste the link I get an endless spinning circle even after waiting 10 minutes for it to work. Anyone else had this problem?

"Share Link" is the most common type of post now on RallyPoint and used by many people. If you are having any issues, send the link that is not working to [login to see] or directly to SSG Carlos Madden and we can test it. In general, if you have any issues, you can contact support directly anytime. Thanks for letting us know.

I ran a test with Internet Explorer and it now works correctly. Thanks for the help.

I have found when there are problems such as this with IE 11 combined with Windows 10, Chrome does the job. As to the links, still a bit confused as to how to use them. What my preference would be is to not have a posted link open, but be a hot link that an individual can open to get additional information if wanted. In the past I would use the link and a paragraph or so of the article as a teaser.

Under the new system What I did with the link and a question isn't really the way to do is since I posted it as just a standard question. Now they prefer it be a link but I have noticed that people don't seem to respond to the Share link as much as they do to the question thing.

PO2 Mark Saffell - Shared links for focused on your network, so if you have more contacts or people that vote you up, the more people see your shared links... just a tip.

For anyone that has issues I hope one of these two options helps you correct the problem. It worked for me.

PO2 Mark Saffell I've not gotten that problem - have you checked the cookies on your computer to see if they have been cleared in a while? Try cleaning thos up and clearing your history on the browser and then try again. It sounds isolated Mark. Just a thought, but I haven't had the issue this morning at all!

Your idea turned out to work, kind of. I changed browsers and it appears to have worked. Thanks
