Taking pride in your work and doing everything with integrity. Our society is all about do the least amount of work as possible and I want my kids to know how to work hard. Also, integrity is becoming a thing of the past in our society and I want my kids to know that it's important to do everything with integrity no matter the circumstances.

One of the traits I've learned from the military was selfless service. I always tell my children to be there for their loved ones including their friends and understand their feelings more than your own. Always take care of others before yourself.
