Discipline. Responsibility. Being on time. Taking pride in how one looks.

take initiative. be 15min early so your never late. take pride in your work. do the right thing even when no one is looking. and don't be a back stabber like i had in some of the chain of command .listen to both side before rushing in a decision . be loyal which my last chain of command wasn't became politically correct .

See a person not a color when you are interacting with others. My kids now have kids. One is a College cross country coach in New Mexico and another is a Respiratory Therapist in PA.

being prompt and on time for appointments, meetings and every day general activities . Honor and Respect for the flag which you and your brothers and sisters diligently fought for. stand ground for all the positive things you've done but be receptive to negative actions
