What type of discharge am I likely to get if I am getting chaptered out over 180 days for IET?

I am already a one time reclass from 15Q (Air Traffic Controller) and I just recently wasn’t able to make it through Combat Medic training. I am obviously over my 180 day period, and I am wishing to know what will happen to me. I have full intentions to Re enlist into the military down the road, but I am not clear on the terms of such.

You will probably receive an uncharacterized discharge since you're still in IET. It's not bad or good.

PFC (Join to see) If your C.O. isn't on-board your going to have a rough road to hold. Talk to the re-enlistment office to see what your options are.
