What type of physical training do you like to do?

For example; group or individual, only cardio, only weights, both weights and cardio. Be as specific as possible.

I like to workout on my own. That's my time for me. I like to lift and do cardio, most of my workout are base around the Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Pull up and Shoulder Press. My cardio session short and fast, between 1-4 miles in 6-7 min pace and Hill sprints.

I always preferred doing PLT pt when I was in, especially as the PSG cause then all the youngsters had to run at my pace, little slower, but would run us a little longer lol. Now I prefer doing my "Up, Out, Pour": Get up, get out of bed and pour my coffee! Do it every morning, gets and keeps the blood flowing all day long!! :-D

I train and compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Also, I love High Intensity Interval Training.
I like to create my own burpee challenge workouts.
