Update: Last week I had a direct hire interview with the CSM of the 4th SFAB. Interview went well and now I’m awaiting an ATTRS course date for the SFAB A&S course.

My interview was not job specific but focused more on cultural competency. I was asked about previous experience as an advisor, training troops on unfamiliar skills, what I viewed as the biggest hurdle to working with foreign militaries, etc.

I have never been through an SFAB interview so I would not have the slightest what they would ask for a 25B. I guess it all depends on what you have been working on with your unit. My 25B's are pretty much help desk for our unit. Reimaging/trouble shooting.

Thank you. I have worked in help desk roles as well as tactical roles in an ESB. I just know that IT is such a broad field so hopefully the interview is not to rigorous.
