The most valuable advice I've received was from Command Sergeant Major Jeffrey R. Huggins when he was the 4th Brigade, 2nd ID CSM. He recommended that we pursue higher education and continue a tradition of lifelong learning. I was 28 years old with a high school diploma; today I am 32 and proud to say that I am a recent undergraduate and pursuing a Masters.

The best advise I have ever been told was" Do the best you possible can at the task at hand and don't forget a butt chowing doesn't affect your paycheck learn from it and move on".
