I personally counseled a Soldier for consistently spackling a latrine CHU with massive amounts of feces and not flushing adequately.

It was not just a counseling. I also provided a block of instruction on latrine etiquette which involved wiping, courtesy flushes, air freshener use, toilet brush operation, and duration of visits to allow for other participants to defecate.

I was later praised as this issue was corrected and resulted in improved morale since it was a mixed gender facility and the females of the unit had been getting physically ill prior to my intervention.

As a AMN, I didn’t let a SSGT cut in front of me at the chow hall. After lunch I got called to my 1st Shirt’s office. He made me shut the door and asked for details.
