After working for hours on small boat maintenance, in the heat, a strand of hair fell out of my bun and hit my collar.

The funniest thing I ever saw someone counseled for was wearing socks that had curse words spelled out on each sock.

Working in the ER at the Kincheloe USAF hospital about 3 am an SP working the gate was driven over. He asked for a hat waiver cause he said the hat was making him go bald. Demanded it in the Emergency Room at 3 am.

On motor pool guard in Germany a soldier was relieved of duty and was put on kp for a week for not wearing Army issue underwear.

Me: the standard dress shoes were rubbing my ankle bones raw and it was getting painful to walk. When I had shore leave I bought a pair of over the ankle boots and the bosun was more than clear that they were non-regulation, then the CPO came around and now we had a three-way argument. Duh! At any event when the dust settled I got to keep the boots until my ankles healed. Took a few months.

Prank calling the squad leader. They forgot to hide their original phone number before using the automated voice prompt to call. The squad leader was about to go on the path so she really dragged the soldier to prove something. Super petty.
