The Special Operations Combat Diver Course. It usually starts with a 5 mile run at a 6-6.5 minute pace in formation while calling cadence. Then you do a ton of pull ups, push ups, and squats. It always ended with 500 four count flutter kicks. This started at 0500 and ended at 0600 and was done daily for 6 weeks. I lost 20+lbs even though I ate 5000 calories a day.

Land nav team, we had to run everywhere for 2 weeks. We could only stop to plot points. We would easily clock about 10 miles. Only good is before the actual competition we got 2 days off

Wow they have Land Nav team's ? I used to run through any Land Nav or Compass Course's . Was accused of cheating on a course I didn't set up, cause I found all 8 points in less than 2 hour's. They made me run it again backwards to prove I didn't cheat , lol
