What would be a good college for a 68c to do a LPN to RN bridge program? Or what college will accept a majority of your 68c credits?

I did an LPN to ASN-RN bridge through Excelsior back in 2003. Took less than a year with hard work. Then finished BSN through same College but part time and took about 2 years.

Yes. Standard stuff like chem, algebra, English, sociology, electives, etc. to round out hours. Clinical portion for ASN required traveling for evaluation and exam. SPC (Join to see)

Excelsior will evaluate your current education credits and let you know what all you need to complete your degree. A lot of not most can be done through CLEP and Excelsior exams at Army Education Centers or civilian testing centers. Can take classes through loca university too and have them added. The RN specific are projects and test outs that require studying entire text books or purchasing lengthy study guides to memorize. There was a clinical competency hands on and witnessed by proctor exam. Went to WI for that but there are several choices. That was 2003 so don’t know how it’s changed. SPC (Join to see)

depends on the state you are in. A lot of community colleges do the bridge program and only cut out 1 semester. Excelsior college is always a good approach too. It is all on you and you can go to the ED center to proctor your tests. Just remember to Pay for and take the train up course for the clinical evaluation or you will not pass the clinicals. I have seen it happen from one of the instructors at Phase 2 FT Sam.

Depends on what state you're in. Most schools won't give you any credit for anything other than your first 2 blocks. You will have to complete your prerequisites before applying to the nursing program.
