I’m wanting to put in a WO packet and hopefully attend WOFT. I’m currently a 12B and wondering if getting my Sapper tab, Airborne, and Air Assault badge would help me look more qualified in the eyes of a board to be a Warrant Officer and lead since that’s what they want; not people driven to be a pilot but a leader.

I don’t think those are discriminating. It helps to have to them but it’s not required. What they are looking for is attention to detail when putting your packet together.

It will not help, what will help is the score on the SIFT if you’re going to dedicate time to schools like those I would suggest spending as much time on studying for the sift.

Nope!
Talk with a senior WO and seek his/her advice, preferably a flight WO since is your area of interest.

Yes, professional development is always good- Remember that you will have to be up higher in the renk scheme to submit a packet.
