What would make an NCO NFQ or NFQ for retention for the new promotion system?

I am curious as to what the senior NCO board would consider an NCO NFQ or NFQ for retention?

Consistently underwhelming evaluations, not bad enough to be relieved to be ranked in the bottom against your peers consistently. Consistently serving in a position lower than your grade. Doing the things your MOS proponent says that you should not be doing, or failing to do the things you should be doing at your grade
There's only a handful of them in the Army, I haven't personally met one yet

I have been retired for a while now. Is there still a stigma attached to spending too much time in TRADOC?

SSG Roger Ayscue it's generally prohibited by HRC now. It takes the CG of HRC to waive that and let someone go from TDA to TDA assignments

SFC (Join to see) - That is a good thing. I am glad that it is being regulated now.

I recently promoted to SFC 01Aug2022. I am going to be rated in as a 30 level for my next two evals. Being a realist, I know making MSG is going to be highly unlikely. Question: when I get back to the rear, already having one eval in a position lower than my current grade, should I be fighting for an E7 slot if available on the installation? Or will board recognize that I promoted in current position thus my next couple ratings will reflect that? I don't want to ever be on NFQ list, and as I understand it, I will have my first SFC eval board with 30 level positions throughout.
Not knowing which Latrine to use....No wait....that is not an issue anymore. Sorry, did I say that out loud? Lord, I'm sorry for that ....
