I've been in the military for almost 8 years and have tried 3 different MOS's so far and working on my 4th. So far I have been a 12N(construction equipment operator), 79T(recruiting and retention nco), 88M(motor transport operator), and working on 92Y(unit supply sergeant). In my opinion, the hardest MOS is recruiting. Sometimes you have to convince others do try new things because they aren't qualified to do what they really want to do. As a recruiter, I tried to accomodate every enlistee in what they wanted, but there were a few that couldn't make it. Putting those enlistees in as Infantry, Cooks, or even EOD is my idea of a challenging MOS. Normally it was because of ASVAB, Medical, or because the job was unavailable at the time.
What are everyone's opinions of the hardest MOS?
