I would say "Mr. or Ms. President don't mess it up the American people are at a breaking point and if you don't fix it we will no longer be the great country that we have been for the last 150 years."

I would simply walk up and hand him a piece of paper and tell him to read it. This it what it would say:
Mr. President,
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
I challenge you to live up to these words and do right by all of our citizens. We will cheer for you, but if you screw us over we will kick your sorry ass out of office too!!!

Our last President ran his campaigns on Change. Only a few benefited. You have made many promises during the almost 2 year campaign. Now is the time to ante up and pay tge piper. Namely those that supported you.

I would tell Mr. Trump that for the first time in almost 50 years he now has 310 mil. bosses and remind him of his promises. I would congradulate him and urge him to get some rest, cause on 20 January he has to start healing the nation at noon. Then I would tell him that I will be praying for him.

I'd tell them to get the last three presidents to serve as an advisory council. When there was an important decision to make tell them they had 24 hours to come to a decision.
