Town Hall meetings aren't political events, they are meetings and you should wear your dress uniform if attending, you should never wear your utility uniform...so when Trump comes to your town to explain how we are going to fix the mess loony ass liberals have created in America, drive home and change into your dress uniform because you will be standing in front of your next commander in chief.

If you are going to mention this, don't be hypocritical and not talk about the West Point cadets holding up the black panther salute IN uniform. In the military, we are supposed to be neutral to politics. This includes disparaging those with opposing views. The military has no place for either the left or right wing agenda. We defend the Constitution, not the political party or the politician. Please refer to your oath, which used to mean something, as well as your code of conduct both in and out of uniform.

If this is a military member it he is definitely in violation....but in this day and age with so many "pretenders" (e.g. Stolen Valor) individuals out there that are "protected" because of there 1st Amendment right to impersonate one of our brothers or sisters, I'm surprised this is not a more common accordance. Either way, this individual compromised the honor we all have fought/fight for.

Only if you are acting in an official capacity. You cannot seem to give the appearance of a military unit's agreement with the positions of the politican. Whenever you are in uniform you are a representative of the military. An officer should know better. And for anyone thinking this is not an issue, imagine the officer at a David Duke rally, a pro-choice rally, or a gun-control rally. If you are going to attend, go in civvies.

I can't believe anybody in uniform or whoever wore the uniform is concerned about this issue. You should be worrying about when that sorry piece of garbage leaves office. If you have not noticed over 200 top echelon officers have been purged by this president because they don't share his liberal believes and get labeled as being un-loyal. I don't hear one word about the Army, Air Force or Navy personnel wearing camouflage utilities out in town, nor do I believe anybody in these branches ever heard of an iron.
