well you could say the same thing about the State of the Union address, the President is pushing his political agenda, however SM's are able to attend as it's not a rally.

Colonel Stevan French at the Rubio rally in Houston. I confronted him and he tried to tell me he had it approved by his PAO and tried to tell me to move out. I asked him his name and he added his unit. So I contacted his boss which was a two star. This guy was even giving on camera interviews. He was there just to soak up hand shakes.
