AAM is an Army Achievement Medal right? Similar to the Marine Corps NAM? I've never seen anyone with more than 6 and he was a MSGT and a SSGT with 5 they were comm and supply. I think non 03 MOS' hand them out like candy.

When you have earned 2 Congressional Medals of honor would be the correct answer.

I have seen Vietnam War veterans wearing the same ribbon both on the left side awarded individually and also the right side having been awarded to his unit in the Army! I believe it was the Civil Actions ribbon, but I think there are a couple of others that could also have that happen!

The RVN Cross of Gallantry had four different forms - one for unit awards, plus awards made at the Division, Corps, and Army level. They were distinguished by separate devices - I believe my Dad had two, one individual and one unit.

This may not actually meet the criteria of the question, but the Medal of Honor can be worn simultaneously around ones neck and upon the ribbon rack.

Technically speaking, if you wear both the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Reserve Overseas Training ribbon, you are wearing the same medal. One is just a 90 degree turn away from the other.

IAW AR 600-8-22, 6-3 Oak Leaf Clusters
"A silver oak leaf cluster is worn instead of five bronze oak leaf clusters. If the number of authorized oak leaf clusters exceeds four, a second ribbon is authorized for wear. ... Wear no more than four oak leaf clusters on each ribbon. If the receipt of future awards reduces the number of oak leaf clusters sufficiently (that is, a silver oak leaf clusters for five awards), remove the second ribbon and place the appropriate number of devices on a single ribbon."
IAW AR 670-1, 22-11 Appurtenances
"...The silver oak leaf cluster is worn to the wearer’s right of a bronze oak leaf cluster."
