I have a personal question? I am a US Marine Corps Veteran, I served in Combat with the 4th Marines in Vietnam 65/66, at that time I understand that no Combat Action Ribbon was issued, at some point the Corps authorized the ribbon!! Are all Combat Marines entitled to have it?

I believe so send a copy of your 214 showing your combat service in country to records requesting it be added they should send a corrected 214
