When can a flag be removed in an investigation regarding a F.L.I.P.L

I received my DD form 200 from Brigade this past week and received the Memorandum regarding they payment I had to pay. I was wondering when my flag would be removed?

Once the CDR has approved to removal of the flag ensure the S1 has done it. This means going in personally to the S1 Bd have them show you it has been lifted. You do not want the S1 to sit on it.

Flags should be removed within 72 hrs the commander approves of it. IAW AR 600-8-2.
