When did the Army start asking the NCO "Why" a Soldier under them did something stupid instead of just putting the Soldier on the hot spot? We have given the junior enlisted soldier more power over his NCO in many cases than what I remember when I was a private.

I hate it when the SgtMaj of 1stSgt ask me why. Hell I don't know I wasn't with him when he got the DUI, or whatever. They are grown ass adults not my children.
