You may see small changes daily but the list is updated as a whole on or about 1 October, when the new fiscal year starts.

NP, if you have any other questions feel free to ask. I already went through the process as a FTA and unfortunitly didn't make it but ncorp phase 2 closes out December 28 so if your retraining under careers then submit your application then. I'm in the same boat just waiting for the opportunity.
