When I move to Oklahoma, what all will I have to do to swap my Arkansas state ID to an Oklahoma state ID?

I am soon to be moving from Arkansas to Oklahoma City and I am curious as to the process in which getting my new state ID will take place. I wont have my name on any property lease as I will be staying with a friend for the time being but plan on working a bit to save money for my own place. How would I go about getting my ID swapped over to the new state, and how will I go about notifying the federal government (i.e. the IRS) of my move?
