When is your PME due if you are promoted under the PME exemption?

I read up on the exemption and I am pretty sure I know the answer but just in case I’m wrong. Do you have to complete the PME NLT one year from your date of rank or do you have to complete it by January 1,2023?

You have 365 days from the date of promotion to complete your required PME/NCOES IOT keep the rank.
