Good Morning, Veteran Network! I am always looking for areas of improvement when it comes to our job postings. I have enjoyed sharing Baxter's open opportunities with this network and connecting with you all. I know I'm one of many Civilian Recruiters posting opportunities so how do I stand out? Share some aspects of a job posting that catches your eye and makes you want to learn more! I'm looking forward to hearing your responses and implementing.

Include Military Skill that maps to the civilian job title, it makes it very easy for the service member to relate to the job posting.

I look for jobs in my area of expertise so the job titles and a short description linked to those titles are what I look for.

Pay range or Pay Scale, I am generally going through anywhere from 5-25 job postings in a single sitting, and then before applying i have to go to glassdoor to ensure if they request an expected pay range I'm not overpricing the job or if it meets my requirements.
