My unit is suppose to go on a rotation the first week of February and we have yet to receive official orders. I’m trying to get out of my lease and work on closing things, how long do you think it will take to get official orders??

Someone in the CoC at some level has those orders, need to go higher than your unit.

I'm rather surprised Orders haven't been issued by now. You need to ask your Command Team where those orders are

Well I’ve been on leave since the 18th so I can only hope they’re sitting in my email!

Go to your first line supervisor and ask to see the s1 nco on the open door policy. Make an appointment at legal aid for a limited power of attorney.

When will I get official orders if my unit is supposed to go on a rotation in one month?

Yes but go to legal aid and sign a temporary limited power of attorney to your trusted family member.. including. To pay bills and the lease issues. Most units will give them at 30 days prior or two weeks prior if it's a high priority quiet rotation. Everyone else should get a copy from company s1 45 days prior.
