Anyplace that has the potential to get your ass in a sling! You all know what to stay away from! Hell, we've all been there.

CH (MAJ) William Beaver while you think about those areas, you can take some time to answer my question :) it's all about marketing, hehehe https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/off-limit-areas-establishments-should-there-be-any
Off-Limit Areas/Establishments, should there be any? | RallyPoint
I'm stationed in a relatively small post, our Off-Limit List is about just 5 Establishments (3 of them for selling Spice Tobacco and the other 2 for Unethical business practices). What surprised me is that one of them is where I did my car inspection last summer, one of this Gas stations with an auto shop in it. As adults that can make our own decisions, should there be actual "Off-Limits" Establishments?

First, the areas to be avoided by order of the commanding general or officer on any installation should located at the welcome center. This list is often known as the "black list". Some of these locations are social gathering places like clubs because of fights, STDs or places like "pay day now" that offer an early paycheck yet charge 60 percent up front. I would also add places like car lots for the inexperience car buyer. Those places will take a young service member to the cleaners and they will still come out dirty.

The Off Limits List is established by the Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board, supervised by the Provost Martial. The Senior Commander ala 600-20 may sponsor the board or sit on the board. In practice, I have seen this delegated to the Garrison Commander. For Joint Service Boards, area commanders participate. The governing regulation is AR190-24, which is a joint regulation, so it applies to all services. The AFDCB meets quarterly. Off Limits entities may petition to be removed after a period of time.

Every duty station I inprocessed into had the "List" as part of the inprocessing so that noobs to the location or "FNGs" outta training knew where they could not go.

The first thing I tell Soldiers when I get them from the welcome center is, "Don't go to Mexico".
